The first way is if the car is already set to be released. You would have a slip from the impound lot stating there’s no hold on your vehicle. Please have the slip on-hand in order for your car to be picked up. We will need the year, make, model, color, VIN#, license plate number, and destination location.

The second way is when you can’t take care of the payout in person. We would have to get management approval to make cash payment to the impound on your behalf. There will be a 10% convenience fee added to the payout amount. You’ll need to sign a hold harmless agreement and be able to make payment to We Tow by phone with a credit/debit card. Your vehicle would then be released to us. We will need the year, make, model, color, VIN#, license plate number, and destination location.
